School Board Recognition Week

The Francis Howell School District will join school districts throughout the state honoring the dedicated service of local boards of education during Missouri’s annual School Board Recognition Week, Feb 9-15, 2020. This special week is dedicated to recognizing the important contributions school boards play in the education of our children.

“Our school board members generously donate their time and energy, working to improve education in the District while balancing the cost to taxpayers,” said Superintendent Dr. Mary Hendricks-Harris. “It is their service that ensures our students receive a first-class education and an opportunity for future success.”

The Francis Howell school board members volunteer countless hours serving the Francis Howell School District children, parents, staff members, and community patrons. These public servants are elected by Francis Howell voters and do not receive compensation for their tireless efforts. Their work and commitment are greatly appreciated and are critical to the success of the District.

Thank you to the members of the 2019-20 Francis Howell Board of Education for their leadership and dedicated service: Rene Cope, president; Chad Lange, vice-president; Patrick Lane, treasurer; Mike Hoehn, director; Janet Stiglich, Director; Mary Lange, Director; and Michelle Walker, Director.
