What are the Campus Portals?

Infinite Campus is our tool for parents and students to access instant, online, timely and secure student information. Class schedules, assignments, attendance, discipline, course registrations for next year, report cards and transcripts. Campus Portals are a means to further promote educational excellence by enhancing our program of communication with parents and students.


What is Campus Parent and Campus Student?
Campus Parent and Campus Student are web applications designed to provide a more intuitive and user-friendly experience to access information. Campus Parent and Campus Student were designed to be responsive for use on computers or mobile devices.

What if I have multiple students in the District?
If you have more than one child attending FHSD schools, your Campus Parent account will have access to all students in your family. Once logged in, parents can switch between students by selecting the arrow next to the photo of the current student. A drop down menu will appear with a list of available students. This option is only available on student specific screens, such as grades, attendance, reports, etc.


Who is eligible to have a Campus Parent account?

Parents of current students are eligible to activate a Campus Parent Portal account, after agreeing to the terms and conditions of use.


How do I use the GUID/Activation Key to create a username and password?

  • The Activation Key is only needed the first time users access the portal. After that, the activation key will not work and the username that was created should be used to log into the Campus Parent account.
  • Select New User?
  • Enter the 32 character activation key provided by your child’s school.
  • Click the Submit button. The activation key will be verified, and when approved will display a screen to create the Username and Password.
  • Enter a Username. It is best to use an alphanumeric (letters and numbers) user name.
  • Enter a Password. Again, it is best to use an alphanumeric (letters and numbers) password that is at least (6) characters long.
  • Enter the password a second time in the Verify Password field.
  • Click the Submit button. This will create the account with the selected username and password.  You will receive the message:

Success!
Congratulations! You have successfully created your Campus Parent account!

  • Select Back to Login to return to the Campus Parent Login page.
  • Enter the Username and Password you just created and select Log In.
  • You will be prompted to enter a security email address and your new password. * This will be used to send you the username or a link to reset your password if requested.

You will now be taken to your Campus Parent Home Page.


Subsequent Portal Access
After the activation key has been used to create a portal account, it will no longer be valid. Users will subsequently log in to the Campus Parent portal using their unique User Name and Password.
