Refunds

When a student no longer attends the Francis Howell School District, they may choose to do the following:

  1. Request that the money be transferred to a sibling
    1. Send an email to:
      1. food.services@fhsdschools.org
      2. Copy Vicky.frayne@fhsdschools.org
    2. Indicate the Name and Student ID of the students involved and amount to transfer to each student
      1. From Student
      2. To Student
  2. Ask for the money to be donated to:
    1. Lunch Heroes
    2. Backpack Program
    3. Indicate the Name and Student ID of the student involved and the amount
  3. Request a refund
    1. During the school year,
      1. the parent should request in writing a refund from the cafeteria cashier
      2. the student will pick up at school
    2. If during the summer,
      1. Send an email to:
        1. food.services@fhsdschools.org
        2. Copy Vicky.frayne@fhsdschools.org
      2. Indicate the Name and Student ID of the students involved and the amount
      3. The refund is to be picked up
        1. For Summer 2020 at the student’s school on the scheduled pickup day (COVID-19)
        2. For summers after 2020 at the Sodexo location at 4520 Central School Road, St. Charles MO  63304

Any money remaining in student meal accounts 12 months after the student is unenrolled will be donated and transferred into the Lunch Hero’s account.  For any questions please contact Mary McNamee at 636-851-6054.
