Pre-Missouri Options

The Pre-Missouri Option program provides juniors at risk of not graduating or dropping out an alternative opportunity to earn a Francis Howell School District diploma. Each student interested in the Pre-Missouri Option program must first be enrolled as a student at Francis Howell Union High School and will be considered on a case-by-case basis. The program provides an opportunity for these students to prepare themselves for the Missouri Option Program during their senior year.

Daily Schedule
The hours of the Pre-Missouri Option Program are from 7:45 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. Monday through Friday.

Transportation
Please discuss any transportation issues with Pre-Missouri Option staff.

Food

Breakfast is available to Pre-Missouri Option students on a daily basis. Students can utilize accounts and pin numbers to purchase food.

Graduation & Diploma
Students who complete all components of the Pre-Missouri Option program will then move into the Missouri Option Program as seniors. Upon completion of the Missouri Option Program, they will receive a diploma (not from a specific high school), and will be eligible to participate in the graduation ceremony.
