Board Meeting Patron Comment Form

Thank you for your interest in providing a comment during the FHSD Board of Education meeting. The Board offers an opportunity to speak in a public forum during regular open session meetings as an agenda item at the start of each meeting. 

The Board of Education meeting will be held in person, but will have limited seating due to COVID-19 restrictions. Seating will be available on a first come, first served basis. However, the meeting will be live streamed on FHSD's YouTube.

If you will not be able to attend the Board meeting, patron comments can be submitted online (by 12 PM the day of the meeting). To submit your comments, as you would like them read, fill out the form below. In-person patron comments will be shared first, followed by virtual comments in the order they were received. Virtual comments will be read by the Director of Communications and will limited to three minutes per patron comment, up to the 30 minute time limit.
