Vacation Station Now Enrolling for the 2013 Summer Program and 2013-2014 School Year

The Francis Howell School District’s Vacation Station Program will begin enrollment on March 4, for 2013 summer program and the 2013-14 school year.

The Vacation Station Program provides quality, progressive out-of-school time experiences for children by offering enriching opportunities that support home, school and community. The Program provides:

  • Curriculum that is aligned with elementary curriculum
    • 214 Essential Lesson Plans
    • Focused Interventions and Extension activities
  • Professional, highly trained  facilitators certified in first aid
  • Programs for before and after school, early release, school breaks, and summer that offer child-centered hands on activities designed to stimulate imagination, creativity, problem-solving and investigation
  • Parent involvement opportunities to volunteer in the program, chaperone field trips and particpate on our parent involvment team

Contact the Program Coordinator at your child’s elementary school to enroll in the program.

Please remember, if your children are currently enrolled in Vacation Station this year, you will still need to enroll in Vacation Station for next school year.
